What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards/debit cards and customers may also pay using PayPal or Shop pay. Unfortunately, we currently do not accept cash on delivery.

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 72 hours of placement, however, due to the high demand for our products & quality control procedures this can sometimes take up to 7 business days.

How long is the shipping time?

That depends on the shipping option selected and your location.

Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. 

WildTrek is not responsible for any duties/taxes that will be applied to your package. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees.

ORDER INFORMATION & CUSTOMER CONCERNS

Can I still modify my order?

We will do everything we can to modify your order upon your request - but if the order is already processed from our end, we will not be able to change the order. Please contact us as soon as you can if you wish to modify your order. 

My order status says "Unfulfilled". What does that mean?

"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive the tracking information via email and your order status will change to "Fulfilled".

I didn’t receive any Email Confirmation.

Please always check your SPAM/junk folder, and wait at least 15-20 minutes after ordering. If you still didn’t receive any confirmation, email us atHello@wildtrek.co and we'll get back to you shortly. 

I would like to cancel my order

As we process orders after 4 hours of purchase, if you have decided to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us at support@wildtrek.co within the 4 hour purchase window so we can handle your cancellation request in time.

What is your return/refund policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one. Note that the customer is financially responsible for all costs associated with the return of the product. Here!
